All wholesale orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $1,000 (continental U.S. only)
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
We ship wholesale orders worldwide. All international orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and the size of the order.
Shipping Carriers: DHL, FedEx International, UPS, or others depending on your location
Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs clearance)
Tracking: All international orders come with tracking
Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately. Large-volume orders may require additional lead time depending on inventory and logistics.
Shipping Damage or Loss
We take great care in packing your orders securely. If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
